5. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables created by YorkPoint Digital, including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, and code, remain the intellectual property of YorkPoint Digital until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables as outlined in your project agreement.
• YorkPoint Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing by the client.

 

6. Revisions and Changes

• Each project includes a specific number of revisions, as outlined in your service package or proposal.
• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur additional charges.
• Significant changes to the project scope after approval may require a new contract or updated estimate.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
